Set up your sacred space, gather your Ceremony items and prepare the space for your New Moon Ceremony.
If possible, create a circle of scared items around you.
Coming into a seated Meditation position, close your eyes, focusing on your breath for up to 3 minutes, becoming present & centered in the space.
Light at least one candle in front of you, inside the circle.
Close your eyes, focus again on your breathing, Ask your Guides or preferred Deity to be with during this ceremony…
“I ask (the Goddess, Mama Gaia, Grandmother Moon) to be with me today , to protect and inspire me during this Ceremony. Please help me to create intentions of the highest good”
Optional: Light your Smudge stick, engulfing yourself in the cleansing smoke
Coming back to a meditative state, Begin to visualize the future and the life of your dreams, you can think short term or long term. Forget about how to accomplish your goals, instead go to the outcome in your mind. See the home, the career, the partner, the bank account, the travel, the social life. Take time with each, see yourself in this life, feel what it feels like to be in that life. Feel the joy and excitement, knowing and believing you have created this life for yourself.
Awake from your dreamlike state, and begin to write down what you saw, what you felt, what you accomplished, and what you created.
When you feel complete, read over what you have written and on a new page, sum it up into 5 or less sentences.
Then sign the paper as a sacred contract between you, your future self and the Universe.
Read aloud your final list, declaring it to yourself and the Universe.
Take a moment to feel into the words you have just said. Feel the feeling of them already being true and the excitement of what’s to come.
Make your final declaration by saying aloud:
“I am reborn with this New Moon. I step into the flow of my path and allow the Universal Powers at be to light my way and help me become my highest self. I am renewed with a new way of being, I am open to transformation. I welcome abundance, new people in my path, new opportunities, new ideas, and fresh perspectives.”
Sit in silence, writings in hand. Feel the joy in knowing what your future holds and express gratitude to the Universe for providing you the tools necessary to create that life for yourself. Repeat to yourself, “Thank you, thank you, thank you…” as many times as necessary to feel it and believe it.
End your ceremony by blowing out your candles, leaving your paper with your sacred space to continue conspiring with the Universe.
