This in-person ritual combines deep inner exploration with the sacred use of Hapé (rapé) tobacco snuff, a traditional plant medicine used in ceremony to open clarity, focus, and connection to Spirit.
We’ll begin with intention setting and a guided meditation before moving into a visualization journey where you’ll be guided to meet your future self and uncover what you truly desire for the year ahead. As you share your visions, I’ll record and reflect them back to you, helping you distill the essence of your authentic goals.
The ritual of Hapé supports this process by clearing mental fog, grounding your energy, and deepening your focus—allowing you to access insights and clarity that might otherwise remain hidden.
